I HATE the gym excersice when you stand on the chair and then you rest your hands onthe two bars and then you take your feet of the chair and then you have to lift your legs up and then your shoulders CRAAAAMMM up.
and now they HURT. GAH.

Todays waterfront was SLACK. the mad coaches terry and yuwen wernt there.
i think coach terry is very scary. he make us do all the really physical stuff/ like run 10 rounds or at the beach. and he can like talk non stop while you volley. SCARY.
but anyway, he wasnt there. so good. so we just worked on match play. :)
FUN and SLACK.
not much running or anything.
But i think mr chew was damn extra lah. come down to watch then come and scream at us. the waterfront coaches are like explaining what you did wrong and he just stands at the back and tells you THAT YOU ARE WRONG.
But waterfront coaches are NICE.
and we played angainst jie zhen and tiffany AND WE WON. YAY. 3-1. There was this one very horrible catch that you can only serve once. so theres no second serve. but i didnt double fault ONCE. NOT ONCE. im so proud of myself.
Then we played clare and charlyn. we lost 3-2 but good enough lah.
Then we played nicole and charmaine. then we WON THE FIRST 2 GAMES LAH.
but nicole very cheat hahah she anyhow served when mr chew wasnt around Then we lost two games in a row oh well. Then we played the last set and it was SUDDEN DEATH but we lost the point. but i think it was really close so it doesnt matter.
im proud.
i just wish mr chew would just BUGGER OFF.
